Every funder wants a different report. Give them all one clean answer.

One set of books, tracked grant by grant, so funder reports are ready on a calendar instead of a deadline panic.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
Each funder asks for a different format, and you rebuild a spreadsheet every time.
You’re not sure how much of each award is spent, and how much is left.
Reporting season turns into an emergency.
WHAT CHANGES
Every grant tracked against its own budget
With variance notes that explain what changed and why.
Funder-ready packages on a schedule
Not scrambled together the week they’re due.
One reporting calendar
So no deadline arrives as a surprise.
Restricted funds rolled forward by grant
Beginning balance, revenue received, released and ending, reconciled to your ledger.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How many grants is too many?

The Suite is built for anything from 1 or 2 grants to 6 or more. Pricing steps up with volume and complexity.

Can you fix grant tracking that’s already messy?

Yes, but historical cleanup and recoding of prior months is billed separately after a diagnostic, so you know the number first.

Is this separate from bookkeeping?

On Bronze or Silver the Suite covers grant reporting only and does not change your bookkeeping plan. Gold includes it.
